October 17, 2016Through A Pet’s Ear: Music to improve health and behavior
Are your pets giving you trouble? Do your pets enjoy music? Sound researcher Joshua Leeds and concert pianist Lisa Spector will perform musical works by Chopin, Schumann, Debussy and Rachmaninoff on Thursday, October 27th, 7:00pm at Ted Mann Concert Hall. This special performance will highlight their bioacoustic arrangements of classical piano compositions designed to calm dogs and cats.
Tickets are $15 at the door and $10 for advanced registration. Through a Dog’s Ears and Through a Cat’s Ears soundtracks are used in thousands of shelters, veterinary centers, and homes around the world. They will also be discussing ways to improve your human soundscape that benefits you and your pets!
