Tonerocks Adaptive Rock Band

Musical experience recommended but NOT required for young teens and adults to enjoy and learn at ToneRocks. Music therapists will work with band members to create a rockin' community, while also learning about music together. We can provide a variety of adapted instruments and work to highlight each individual’s strengths and interests. ToneRocks will culminate in a performance showcasing each and every participant at any ability level. ToneRocks Adaptive Rock Band meets on Mondays from 5-6PM at our office in Edina!

Therapeutic music interventions may include:

  • Improvisation: "Pass the Rock"/Trading Bars
  • Vocal training, with an emphasis on speech and diction
  • Singing and performing
  • Collaboration, scene work, and group exercises
  • Creative instrument play
  • Live performances
***Fee includes weekly classes, rehearsal materials, and a final performance.
